Adult Medical Care Services

At FMCS, you will find a hands-on family atmosphere where you feel seen, valued, and comfortable engaging with your healthcare providers. Our team of medical professionals provides a variety of primary care and wellness services that address prevention, wellness, and treatment for common illnesses. Our primary medical care services include:

  • Annual Immunizations
  • Routine Screenings
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Flu & Covid-19 Vaccines & Testing
  • Onsite Lab Services (provided by LabCorp)
  • HIV & Hep C Specialty Care Services
  • Referrals for Specialty Services
  • Geriatric Medical Care

We offer same-day appointments and a 24-hour on-call provider. Our medical offices are open Saturdays from 9am - 2pm.

Adolescent Medical Care Services (Pediatrics)

At FMCS, we believe that pediatric and adolescent care means more than just treating your child when they are sick. Our pediatric medical care staff will diagnose and treat medical conditions, support you as a parent or guardian, and guide your child’s growth and development. We provide medical care and wellness services for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, including:

  • Routine Physicals
  • School, Sports, or Camp Physicals
  • Immunizations, Including COVID Vaccinations
  • Learning and Attention Issue Management
  • Onsite Lab Services (provided by LabCorp)
  • Chronic Care, Including:
    • Asthma
    • Allergies
    • Eczema
    • Behavior Issues
    • Learning Disabilities
    • Sleep Problems
